Qualifications:-

Master’s Degree / Two years Post Graduate Diploma in Communication / Advertising and Communication Management / Public Relations / Mass Communication / Journalism.

Candidates working in Central/ State Govt./ PSU/ autonomous organizations etc should have a total experience of at least 5 years and should be working for at least 2 years in IDA pay scale of 40,000 - 1,40,000/ CDA scale at level 7 in pay matrix of 7th CPC. Candidates working in Private Sector or other organizations with experience in Executive capacity as indicated above should have an annual CTC of at least 14.33 LPA. Candidate should have 5 years’ experience after post-Graduation in the field of Public Relations/Journalism/Advertising/Marketing Communication & the candidate should have proficiency in English writing, communication & story writing, and have a basic understanding of graphic designing.
