Kasauli is one of the most popular hill stations of Himachal Pradesh. The town is widely known for its commanding site. It has a panoramic view of the Plains, on one hand and the lofty snow clad Greater Himalayas, on the other. The Cantonment Town of Kasauli possesses a vital colonial heritage. Due to proximity to the Plains, a large number of tourists visit the place. Kasauli cantonment was established in the year 1850.The emergence of the Cantonment Board as a municipal body in cantonments was basically in response to the need for maintenance of proper sanitation, health and hygiene in these areas. 

Note:- Application complete in all respect should reach in the Office of Cantonment Board ,Kasauli, District Solan (H.P).

(i) Should have passed 10+2 examination or its equivalent from a recognized Board of School Education/University. (ii) Should be a member of Home Guard
(iii) Should have qualified basic training course of the Home Guard and the elementary Fireman's service course conducted by the recognized Govt. Fire Service Department.
(iv) Minimum Physical Standards:

Chest :80 Cm (with expansion upto 85cm)
Weight: 52 Kg
Eye sight : 6/6 without glasses
