Qualifications:-

1. A Post Graduate degree in Hindi from a University established by law in India.
2. A Bachelors' degree in Sanskrit from any university established by law of India or Degree of Shastri from any university established by law in India.
3. L.T. diploma of a govt. or govt. recognized training institution/ College or graduate degree in education (B.Ed.) from a university established by law.
