Job Purpose:

This role will be responsible for Talent Acquisition, Managing Costs, Development of HR Policies, Employee Engagements, Payroll Processing across technology, sales & operations vertical and drive, understand, implement and focus on key HR initiatives for the company.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify requirement of fresh & replacement hiring and coordinate with vertical heads to initiate hiring approval.

- Manage Recruitment costs by adopting right talent and scanning relevant industries for sourcing talent

- Facilitate timely delivery of offer letter to selected candidates and stay engaged till employee onboards

- Identify Infrastructure requirements, coordinate with admin team to ensure procurement of assets for new onboard before the joining date

- Ensure completion of employee trainings for employees to understand the business segments and impart a compliant culture

- Maintain continuous communication channels with new recruits to allow for smooth On the Job and cultural transition

- Understand the business and its challenges to help address the organization and people ask to assist with the change process as the company meets the challenges of hyper-growth and the need to scale partner with Stakeholders and manage senior Stakeholders single-handedly to tackle business problems.

- Exits: Perform in depth exit interviews; engage with employee to understand possibility of an intervention

 

Qualification: MBA/PGDBA/PGPM or Equivalent in Human Resources

- Must have handled Hiring, Payroll and Performance Management.

- Should be able to Review developmental plans & their execution for all employees.

- Must be able to execute and implement new strategies. Stakeholder Management.

- Hands-on with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills.

- Brief understanding of HR Compliance & Grievances.

- Hands-on experience in digital tools / HRIS Management.

 

Compensation: Not a bar for right candidate

Experience: 5-10 years of relavent experience in Fintech Industry (Payments or Financing or Cross Border Trade)
