Who are we looking for:

- Has knowledge of and worked on e-commerce payment gateway.

- Has worked on payment products i.e. Instant Payments / Wallets / Internet banking, and be able to add multiple payment options to BriskPe’s Payment Gateway.

- Has good understanding of VISA/Mastercard/AMEX/UnionPay and their working methodology.

- Conceptualize and participate in bringing new ideas, research the new ideas, and evaluate them objectively from a market and financial standpoint.

- Has developed new product and led implementation.

- Capable of understanding client’s requirements; and and propose suitable solutions.

- Liaise with technology/product/sales team to implement the new payment solutions; implement additional enhancements to the platform/ client solutions.

- Provides inputs into the underlying process flows/ workflows/ systems for service improvement, and also engaging with internal process teams for a definition of payment processes for new clients/ existing clients. 

- Identifies and escalate issues that are open; or not resolved within the predefined timeframe.

- Able to review of existing functionalities to ensure end to end processes are functioning adequately.

- Has strong understanding of the product management lifecycle, project management skills.

- Has experience with managing the development of SaaS and web-based applications.
